Revomon (Revolution Monsters)

Revomon token is a way to track each player’s vote. If you want to have more flexibility and modify the token as you go, you can write custom Revomon token images, but it is important that all the images are the same, otherwise the token can not be determined and held properly.

1) Storing or exchanging tokens

Once your tokens are collected by players, they can be stored in CSV files. You can then transfer them to new players through Steam.

Why your token should be more flexible?

All tokens are unique, while at the same time, you can have a specific one in the short run, then give them out for free.

The additional flexibility is not only limited to your users, but to your clients as well. Let’s say you want to promote a short-term offer on your website. One of the best and easiest ways to do it is to have a coupon code, such as IBTOMERK. This will work great, until a customer adds the code to their list of preferences, and then from that moment on, all websites (including yours) will get the codes first before your own customers, so if you want to sell those items you need to give them a code as well.

Imagine, that now you could give the discount coupon code to your biggest client first, so you can use it to make your websites available and have the biggest impact.

The same thing can be said about “bundles” or “limited-time offers”, which are nowadays popular ways to try to attract people to your platform.

With Revomon, we are not limiting you to sell your creations through our platform, but also through “virtual gift” sites, such as OpenCart and Shopify.

2) Creating and sharing Revomon

When a player adds your creation to his or her digital cart, you will get a Revomon token for him or her. This token will be separate from your Reputation tokens and can be used for exchanging them and to tracking all other players.

The same procedure will apply if a user decides to give his or her token to another player.

3) Validity and Status

Revomon tokens have a timestamp and a status associated with them. The timestamp is the date and time when a player collected his or her Revomon tokens.

Revomon tokens will not be valid until they are exchanged, but will remain valid if they remain collected by one user for more than one day.

Revomon token will also have a number of attributes, including some kind of modification that is possible with the token. This can be the color or the font. In the case of the font, we would like to keep it this way for aesthetic reasons.

4) Scalability and Portability

Revomon allows you to retain the high quality of your player submissions while maintaining a consistent community and a short activation time. In fact, Revomon is still a work in progress, but the core functionality and user interface have been implemented.

The tokens can be added through Steam, or from within the applications. Revomon is constantly evolving and you will notice new features as we move forward.

Based on the assets provided, the API is implemented in both Swift and Java, while the Revomon documentation is fully translated into Spanish, with other language support to follow.

5) Fulfillment

As a part of our payment policy, Revomon users are allowed to request specific types of fulfillment (access to special components, for instance), in exchange for payment. These requests will be fulfilled through players’ profile pages, at their request. This will not affect the general flow of payment, but will allow players to customise their tokens in a few specific ways.

6) Removal

Revomon tokens can be removed from any user’s virtual cart in case the token is no longer needed. To remove the Revomon token, the player has to input the command specified in the token, ‘revert’. The token will be reactivated by the Revomon dashboard, and transferred to the next player who has requested the same type of fulfillment. This way, we can guarantee that every player gets exactly what he or she wants.

7) Tax and Scoring

Revomon has been structured to comply with the tax laws in different countries. Revomon is totally free to create and share and we do not earn any profit from its sale, but we want players to be aware that, if you use this platform to sell goods and services, the VAT is due on those sales.

Players are also requested to confirm the payment of VAT to the local tax authority.
