Blocking-based introduction is the future

1 - Liquidity

Most of the prizes given are not in accordance with what is actually desired by individual employees. This is because the HR department cannot predict what each employee wants, especially as the number of offices and employees increases.
2 - Stackability

Because URT is permanently and unchanged stored on the Blockchain, the token value never expires. This means that you can collect smaller prizes which if not, will be useless into something more meaningful, such as dinner or travel. This can follow you for life, even if you change employers.
